Emma and Sarah offer a bespoke and tailored service to you and your property. Along with their team they have extensive experience and knowledge of the local areas surrounding the properties they manage.

Prior to marketing we will meet with you to discuss your exact requirements and offer, if required, our own valuable suggestions. Upon instruction we will then stage your property and organise professional photographs to be taken, capturing the absolute best for the websites.

We dedicate time to describing your property in detail to enhance it’s best features. As well as this, competitive rental prices are sourced and discussed with you. We then place your property on The Cornish Holiday Company’s own website as well as AirBnB, Booking.com, VRBO & Trip Advisor. Our commission fees are at a fixed rate and most competitive and start from as little as 15%. It should be noted that we regularly check prices/bookings and adjust these accordingly throughout the year.
